Better Denver Bond Program, Program Management Consultant Services Contract

In 2007, Denver’s citizens passed a ballot initiative creating a $550 million capital infrastructure improvement program to be funded by a dedicated ad valorem property tax. The program includes improving, preserving, renovating and building new roads, libraries, parks, hospitals, public safety facilities, and cultural facilities.

LSG as a member of the Program Management Consultant team provided the lead information technology expertise to develop and implement a project management system utilized by nine different City and County departments responsible for planning and implementing over 290 projects. LSG developed and implemented a tailored data warehouse and dash board reporting solutions that allowed timely tracking and reporting on the progress of all projects under the Program.  This effort required: developing process flow diagrams to support process improvement activities; developing forecasting models; and supporting monthly internal and external reporting efforts.
